Tim Fleming

Tim leads the GuideOne corporate actuarial team and reinsurance operations and provides strategic and technical direction across all actuarial teams. He joined GuideOne in 2018 from CNA Financial Corporation, where he most recently served as Vice President, Actuarial Reserving for the Specialty Lines business. During his 11 years with the company, he held a variety of actuarial roles.

Tim earned his Bachelor of Art degree from Michigan State University and recently completed the executive MBA program at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).
